Once you’ve completed you’re initial chat with our Onboarding team you’ll be scheduled in for an interview if you’re suitable for the available role in home care.

We’re not always looking for the person with the most home care experience. We’re looking for the right person. The one who matches our values. Who wants to learn. And the one who really cares.

Your next client could need support getting to the shops, picking up their medication or getting out to see their friend. Each day for you will be different. Remember – we don’t expect you to already know everything. But we do expect you to be willing to learn the things you don’t already know, with our support.

Your interview will be with a senior member of the team. You’ll get to know someone you’ll be working closely with to make sure we provide the best service to clients. We’ll be looking to learn about you and what has led you to pursue a career in home care.
You’re applying for a community-based position. It’s smart casual. We want to know you’re respectful but at the same time, it’s important you feel relaxed to be yourself.
