We would like to congratulate Claire on her new position in the Lincolnshire office as Assistant Manager.
With 20 years experience in the Health and Social Care sector under her belt Claire has continually grown her home care career with us over the past 14 months. And we are proud of all her achievements with us.
Claire has recently organised distance learning courses for 9 members of the team in areas like dementia, end of life and care planning. As well as this, she currently rosters around 2000+ hours of care each month. Claire would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the support shown to her in helping her reach this new position as Assistant Manager.
As part of her new role, Claire will have responsibility to continue rostering our home care visits. She will also be supporting our seniors to manage their workloads.

She has a clear passion to support the service and all involved with it. So I wish her every success in her new role, where I know she has the ability to succeed."
Claire officially began her new role on 8th July. There will be no noticeable changes to anyone other than clear guidance in the absence of Anne from the office.
