We have a very exciting announcement to share with you all. We at the Great Care Company are thrilled to announce the launch of two new offices in March. The two new offices are located in Lincoln and Harrogate.
These two new sites bring the total number of offices within the Great Care Company up to 10. These two additional sites will allow us to guarantee our high-quality services are available to anyone who requires care. Our aim is to improve and increase our access and reach across the region whilst ensuring we still provide our clients with the best possible service
We at the Great Care Company recognise that the brilliance and strength of our services lie in our great staff. With the opening up of new offices come new opportunities for our staff.

Introducing Our New Office In Lincoln
We are so pleased to announce that our Lincoln office will be run by our Deputy Manager, Sue. Sue joined the company when we first launched in 2018 as a care coordinator, she then became a Senior Care Assistant. Sue will now become Line Manager of our Lincoln office. Sue has over 10 years’ experience in health and social care
Sue had this to say about her new role.
“I have worked for The Great Care Company since it launched in May 2018 as a care worker. I was thrilled to be asked to be Line Manager for the new Lincoln Branch. It is an amazing opportunity to help grow a company I represent and value their ethics. I am totally committed to all clients having the dignity, respect and care they deserve. All the team members are as enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving this new challenge, like myself. Helping more clients to stay in their own surroundings, delivering a service individually tailored to meet their needs with a reliable, friendly, and professional approach. Contacting family members regularly, to build a good client/office relationship.
Our team members will also be working within the community, when possible, helping with other causes, sometimes baking cakes for staff at Residential homes, to show appreciation for their dedicated care to others. We will also go the extra mile for our clients whenever possible, assisting to help promote their independence or visit occasionally for a cup of tea and socialise. All our clients are valued, and we want the best for them, and we will strive and achieve this with our committed team of carers..”
Introducing Our New Office In Harrogate
We are also equally pleased to say announce that the Yorkshire office will be run by our Deputy Manager Katie.
She joined the company in 2019 as a Care Assistant and has worked her way up to a Senior and now Line Manager for our new office in Harrogate. Katie also has 10 years’ experience in health and social care.
Katie had this say about her new role
“I have worked with the great care company for a year and a half and couldn't be happier in assisting them to branch out into the Harrogate area. My new role as Line manager of the Harrogate branch has so far been very rewarding and a welcomed new challenge. I would like to achieve many great things for the Harrogate community and work closely with them to get that real sense of homely community back by working with local charities and community projects.
The carers we provide will be everything you wanted and more, they will work as trained to ensure your safety is paramount. They will honour your wishes and values and deliver the care you need; in the way you want!
I will be here at the helm ensuring the carers and clients alike, are supported, valued, respected and happy! We look forward to showing Harrogate just how passionate we are about making home care great again"
