Our pay bands work on an evidence-based scheme. We’ll guide and support you through to your next pay band based off further training and feedback from your clients and colleagues.
Each member of our team will have the opportunity to become a ‘Champion’ as part of their ongoing carer training. As a Champion, you will specialise in an area. You’ll develop your knowledge and you’ll share this with others. Your Champions subject could be a specialised condition, a skillset or a policy.
Working Your Way Up The Ladder
As a new role becomes available within the team we will advertise and recruit for this internally before making the position available externally. You can speak with your seniors to discuss the options on how you can apply. We want to work with you on your career goals so please let us know any further carer training you want to take part in. We can support you with what may be best to help you get to where you want to be.
