Additionally, they should be enthusiastic about expanding services and brand recognition, as they will be representing The Great Care Company and engaging in marketing and PR initiatives in Louth and Lincolnshire.

To qualify for this role, you should hold a National Vocational Qualification Level 3 (NVQ 3), Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or be working towards these qualifications. You should also have a minimum of one year of experience in a domiciliary care setting, preferably two years. Additionally, a full driving license with access to your vehicle is essential.
