What is home care?

Home Care, sometimes referred as Care at Home and Domiciliary Care, is support within the comforts of your own home. Most support is personal care and social care, however some people access domestic care too. It is a cost effective way for people to remain independent and safe at home, whilst leading healthier and more fulfilling lives.

How do I know if home care is right for me?

Are your Care Partners fully vetted?

Yes, we fully vet our team of Care Partners, including an enhanced DBS check, thorough employment checks, background checks, character reference checks and right to work checks. We also work closely with our team training them to the highest standards before they provide any support to your loved one.

Will I get the same people each time?

Yes 🙂 We know how important this is. When you join The Great Care Company, you will be a assigned a little team of Care Partners who support people in your area. They are highly trained, dedicated and you will meet them before your service starts.
