We have been using the Great Care Company since July last year when my Uncle reached that stage in life when he needs that bit of daily care and help. I was naturally a little concerned over the choice of service supplier as you hear of so many things that can go wrong. I’m delighted to say that with the Great Care Company, I have found the ideal care and help provider for my Uncle as they are indeed caring, reliable and put the client’s welfare above all, always going that bit extra. So much so that my Uncle now refers to them as visits from his friends rather than carers. Very highly recommended and easy to liaise with on all fronts.

My Aunt has regular visits from the carers and she is always looking forward to seeing them. She speaks so highly of them and loves their companionship. From the carers to the people in charge, everyone seems so kind and caring. We really cannot fault the service at all and my Mum is really pleased, it’s a weight off her shoulders knowing that my Aunt is cared for so well.

When my 90-year-old mother developed dementia, my brother and myself were worried she would no longer be able to manage safely in her own home. We live a long way from her and decided to use the Great Care Company on recommendation from her friend. They have been absolutely fantastic from the start. They helped Mum through several crises both social and medical and have always treated her with the utmost care and respect. All the carers are fantastic and seem like friends to Mum. Nothing has been too much trouble when circumstance or crisis has meant that rotas or calls have needed to be changed. We have been kept up to date with any changes or problems and receive copies of rotas each week. A really big thank you to all at the Great Care Company.
