relationship centred care between carer and client

See the Same Faces

Consistency is one of the main components of our philosophy. We know how important relationship centred care is.

That’s why we prioritise consistency with your carer so you’re always seeing the same familiar faces. Continuity in care contributes to the overall well-being of our service users. The familiarity of a consistent team helps reduce stress and anxiety, promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere in your home. Consistency allows you to build a rapport with our team, fostering a sense of trust and reliability. This bond is instrumental in creating a safe and secure environment.

Building Trust through Relationship Centred Care

Seeing the same team consistently helps establish and maintain a predictable routine, contributing to a sense of stability, comfort, trust and familiarity.

You can develop meaningful connections with our team, creating a comfortable and secure environment for receiving care. Our team become an extension of your family and friend network supporting you when they can’t be around.

Families often play a crucial role in the care of their loved ones. Home care can significantly reduce the stress on family members, allowing them to focus on their roles as emotional support systems rather than primary caregivers. Often our close network does not live locally and occupations or family commitments can restrict them from being available. Our team offer an extra pair of eyes, ears and reassurance when needed.

Efficient Communication

Consistent caregiving means efficient communication.

Our team are well-acquainted with the unique needs and preferences of everyone we support, ensuring seamless coordination and responsiveness to changing circumstances.

It is useful for us if we are also able to get to know your key family members, such as a partner, son or daughter who is involved in your care. By everyone communicating regularly, it will enable us to build a stronger relationship.

Excellent Retention

Seeing the same faces allows you to build a trusting relationship.

We have an excellent staff retention which has maintained above 95% consistently, providing reassurance that you won’t be continually having to get to know new members of our team. Our staff are employed with set shifts so we can provide you with consistency and continuity of who will be visiting on the days of your service.

In the event of a carer’s annual leave or an unfortunate illness, we still ensure that you will receive excellent care. This is done by building a long-term relationship with your care team. We provide you with a small group of carers who will take care of your care plan. Although we can’t promise you’ll see the same carers every day, as this is unachievable. We do promise your carer will be a friendly face you will know and trust.
