How You Can Recycle And Raise Money To Support People Affected By Dementia

The pandemic has thrown up a great many challenges. However, what is very clear though is that the Great British public are resilient and always responds to a challenge!

We only have to look at Captain Tom Moore’s heroic efforts to raise money for the NHS in the twilight of his life as an example. Many of you have also responded to the challenges of the pandemic in many amazing ways supporting the various charities out there that do incredible work in our communities. We at The Great Care Company share your values and appreciate your efforts.

Our friends at The Alzheimer’s Society . . .

Are fundraising to help support those people affected by Dementia. Whilst we all play our part in fighting this pandemic, I’m sure we have all found ourselves getting reacquainted with our houses again and what’s in them.

Maybe during the many tidy-ups and in between those cups of tea, you’ve discovered an item or two you no longer need or want. Instead of throwing it out, why not recycle those items by donating them to the Alzheimer’s Society. These donated items will be recycled and used to raise vital funds to support those people affected by dementia.

We at the Great Care Company believe this is a great and worthy cause. It lies at the heart of what we do as a company. Caring for, and supporting all our communities.
