We are happy to announce that we have been awarded the Top 20 Small Home Care Group Award In The UK.
The Top 20 Small Home Care Group Award is given to the Home Care Provider based reflectively on their overall review scores. This follows our first win of the Top 20 Homecare Provider Group of 2021. To obtain this award the organisation must have a minimum of two registered offices. These are then compared to other providers across the nation to determine who will obtain this wonderful accolade.
As a relatively young company, our teams should be exceptionally proud of this achievement. Without their dedication and outstanding service to our clients, this would not be possible. We would also like to thank all of our clients, their families and friends who took the time to recognise our team’s efforts.
Our Yorkshire Team Is Recognised Again For Its Award-Winning Home Care
Our York Team has been awarded the Top 20 Home Care Provider Award for Yorkshire and Humber for the second time running.
This accomplishment truly shows the hard work, dedication, and desire that the team has for delivering a high-quality service. Angela Gregory, Registered Manager at the York office, had this to say:

Being recognised for our efforts by the UK’s leading Home Care reviewer is an amazing feeling. We feel that these care awards are well earned by our fantastic team. This truly is a wonderful effort especially to consecutively win this award within the largest county in the UK.
Our Lincolnshire Office Wins Top 20 Homecare Provider in the East Midlands 4 years running
Our Lincolnshire office has officially been awarded the Top 20 Home Care Provider Award for the fourth year in a row!
This is a proud reminder that we do not just provide award-winning care, but we provide it consistently. And through these past few challenging years, we could not be prouder of our team in Lincolnshire. They have maintained a high standard of service. Supporting clients to overcome challenges with the utmost respect and compassion.
Our very own Anne Baxter (Registered Manager in Lincolnshire) had this to say about the award given to her and her team:

What Are These Care Awards And What Makes Them Special?
Since we were established in 2018, we have achieved so much, and being recognised for these awards in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 consecutively is truly special. Our feelings on this achievement could not be better expressed than the words from our Managing Director James Fry:
