Another example is Tina, whose family celebrates Christmas Day a little later to ensure that no one is alone on such a special occasion.
Behind the scenes, Sue and Nicole work tirelessly to keep everything organised. They manage last-minute hospital discharges and assist Home Care Assistants who might be delayed due to a sick client, among other things. These are just a few examples of the dedication and selflessness of our team. Why We Are A Home Care Provider
The best way to explain why we do what we do is by describing how we do it.
An older woman once reached out to us for assistance. Although she had a family, they lived far away and it was difficult to provide the help that she needed. She didn’t want to be a burden to them and was looking for someone to help her out. When we met with her, we got to know her better and learned that she was a widow who used to work in textiles. She also loved visiting her family’s holiday cottage in Yorkshire. We established a strong connection with her and built trust quickly. Together, we created a custom care plan that would empower her and help her regain her independence. Our goal was to make sure that she was well taken care of so that when her family visited her, they could rest assured that she was in good hands.
