Home Care Career Taken To The Next Level For Claire

Claire has recently organised distance learning courses for 9 members of the team in areas like dementia, end of life and care planning. As well as this, she currently rosters around 2000+ hours of care each month. Claire would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the support shown to her in helping her reach this new position as Assistant Manager.

As part of her new role, Claire will have a responsibility to continue rostering our home care visits. She will also be supporting our seniors in managing their workloads.

James Fry said “It has been a pleasure to see Claire develop with us professionally over the last 14 months. She has demonstrated a high level of knowledge and experience with our systems. She has a clear passion for supporting the service and all involved with it. So I wish her every success in her new role, where I know she can succeed.”

Claire officially began her new role on 8th July. There will be no noticeable changes to anyone other than clear guidance in the absence of Anne from the office.
