The Great Care Company Launches Employee Council
To Empower Carers and Strengthen Care
A New Chapter in Employee-Led Care
The Great Care Company has proudly announced the launch of its new Employee Council, marking a major milestone in its mission to put carers at the centre of decision-making. By empowering its team members to actively shape the way the organisation operates, the company is creating a culture where every voice matters — and where that collaboration directly enhances the quality of care clients receive.
This step forms part of The Great Care Company’s wider employee-led model, which ensures that carers are not only supported but also heard, respected, and actively involved in shaping improvements across all branches.
What Is the Employee Council?
