Team Stacks – A Year in Review!

One year ago, The Great Care Company introduced Team Stacks, our enhanced referral and rewards scheme designed to celebrate and reward colleagues who help us grow our caring community.

Today, we are delighted to look back on a year filled with teamwork, generosity, and meaningful impact.


What Is Team Stacks?

Team Stacks is our company-wide referral and rewards programme that allows colleagues to earn by recommending caring, compassionate individuals who would be a great fit for The Great Care Company.

But Team Stacks is far more than a reward initiative. It is a reflection of our employee-led values — built around kindness, trust, community, and shared purpose. Every referral helps us:
