Home Support For Young People
Working across the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire counties, our carers assist young people with a range of issues. They may be recovering from an accident, an illness or a condition that can make daily tasks difficult. We also assist young adults with disabilities and all but the most severe of learning disabilities. Our at-home assistants and carers improve the quality of life for several young people and we’d love to tell you a little more about that.

How Do We Provide Home Support For Young People?
This form of care generally breaks down to either drop-in visits from a carer to assist with whatever services the young person requires help with or a live-in service. The latter involves a full-time commitment from the care staff for more severe conditions.
In both cases, it may be a long term service or short-term assistance. It really depends on the needs of the young person and their family.
We can help the loved ones of the young person to take a break or we can provide companionship for the young person. Our services entirely depend on what you require help with. Our exemplary care staff are trained and experienced beyond simply providing care; they will provide a friend, a confidant and a friendly face to help build confidence and increase the happiness of the person in their care.
Home Carers That Enhance Young People’s Lives.
We can all remember being young fondly but even for those of us who are able-bodied, it can be hard growing up and learning life skills that we carry forever.
It can be a lot tougher for younger people who may have disabilities, be battling an illness or have learning difficulties.
We know that it can also be challenging for the families of those young people, especially if the role of parents or grandparents transitions into the role of a carer. It can often bring feelings of guilt if you need some time to yourself or would welcome a break.
Please, do not feel that way. A few simple changes and you can have a carer assist you when you need it.
The Great Care Company provides experienced, qualified care staff who work one-to-one with young people. Providing a familiar face and companionship as well as assistance for their loved ones.
We match our staff to our clients in a far more effective way than many other care providers are able to. This means things like hobbies, interests and outlooks will make bonding and conversations easier. We go beyond simply offering a care service.
Everyone deserves to live the very best life they can. This includes the families of any young person who may be affected by a range of issues. By providing the very best carers, The Great Care Company can assist with everything from day-to-day life to complex medical requirements.
Your home should be the place you feel most safe and comfortable. If our team can help with that, then please get in touch.
