How Can Our Recruit & Care Service
After making your enquiry, The Great Care Company will send you a detailed information pack. Upon your request, a member of our friendly and caring team will visit to discuss our Recruit & Care service.
During this visit, we will create a Care Plan, a document that details your needs, wishes and desired outcomes from the Great Care Company. In addition, we will discuss the qualities of the Care Assistant you are looking for – their skills, personality and any other personal preferences. All this information will be compiled and presented in a clear and concise plan.
Once a plan has been established, The Great Care Company will use a specific matching system to find any suitable Care Assistants from your criteria. If we discover a companion that meets your requirements we can start your Care Service whenever you require! Don’t worry, our Care Assistants are fully qualified, have completed thorough employment checks and a DBS check.
If we do not find a match from our existing family of Care Assistants, The Great Care Company will endeavour to recruit someone that meets your individual criteria.
After shortlisting candidates, we will provide you with their details so that you can make an informed decision about your Care Assistant. You have our full support during this phase and we are always on hand for any further information or queries that you may have. Once you have chosen a Care Assistant, we will offer them a position with The Great Care Company and, upon accepting the position, we will conduct our thorough employment checks, leaving you to relax.
