More About The Role:
As a Senior Home Care Assistant you will be a mentor and supervisor to our Home Care Assistants in York.
You will work closely with the office team to be at the heart of keeping our care standards high. As a Senior Home Care Assistant for the York office, you will be responsible for covering service delivery across our main areas, York, Easingwold and Thirsk.

What We’re Looking For:
To be a lead member of our team you’ll need to be able to inspire and develop a team, excelling as a mentor.
You’ll need to have a passion for delivering and developing a high standard care service compliant with relevant policies. You must get excited to expand services and brand development as you and your team represent The Great Care Company and get involved with marketing & PR activities across York and Yorkshire to help strengthen our reputation.
You will need to hold a National Vocation Qualification Level 3 (NVQ 3), Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards. You will need to have 1 years care experience in a domiciliary care environment, preferably 2 years. You will also need to hold a full driving license with access to your own vehicle.
